A delicious base of pilsner, wheat, and honeyed oat malts lend a light but qua\u2000able texture and body. The Belgian style yeast strain adds a mild pepperiness and citrus juiciness that enhances all of the other ingredients. The earl grey and lavender \u2000oat on top of it all with a bright but delicate \u2000oral note that ties the entire beer together.
